Assessments like the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) and SCOPE tool are invaluable for healthcare professionals because they offer insight into patterns of thought, behavior, and response that affect both personal well-being and professional effectiveness. Here’s why these assessments are so important:

<ELI-Assessment / Debrief>

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables individuals to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities.  It is the only assessment of its kind and one that has a complete, clear, customized coaching program associated with it.

Because attitudes and perceptions are subjective, they can be shifted—empowering individuals to break through limitations, reframe challenges, and consciously lead with greater purpose, confidence, and effectiveness.

 

Key Attributes of the ELI Assessment:

  • Identify how you as an individual perceive the world:  Each of us see the world through our own filters.  The filters are based on our experiences, values, and assumptions.  This filter can impact how each of us perceive and think about life circumstances.  This, in turn, impacts how individuals behave. 

  • Identify your internal blocks:  You will gain insight on your different perceptions and how they can emerge in your home and work life.  You will work to discover how these perceptions can create internal blocks and hold you back from success and happiness. 

  • Identify your reaction to stress:  The assessment will help identify your reaction to stress which is important because recognizing the reaction to stress is the first step to decreasing how much stress individuals experience.  

  • Assess your capacity to lead style: The assessment provides insight into a person’s ability to inspire themselves and others to get more accomplished. 

  • Identify how you show up in life:  You will gain information on your emotional and intellectual involvement in life and will see if you are engaged or simply going through the motions.

  • Assist you in recognizing who you are at this moment:  This tool aids you in discovering if you are aware of who you truly are and what life is about for you.

Individual Commitment:

  • Approximately 30 minutes to complete assessment

  • Approximately 60 – 90 minutes to have a discussion with a Certified Professional Coach who will review the assessment with you and provide expert guidance to assist you in identifying opportunities for your personal and professional growth.

<ELI – 360 Assessment>

​​

The 360 assessment includes the individual ELI and the opportunity to select up to 25 people to share their observations of you and how you present yourself to the world.  The people you select could be senior management, peers, direct reports, vendors, clients, family, friends, and others.  The leadership competencies are components of your leadership style and reflect your abilities to adapt, coach, communicate, engage, motivate, and relate to those around you.  These elements can be seen in everyday interactions as well as in situations where challenges and conflicts may be occurring.

Individual Commitment: 

  • Approximately 15-30 minutes to complete assessment

Approximately 60 – 90 minutes to have a discussion with a certified professional coach who will review the assessment with you and provide expert guidance to assist you in identifying opportunities for your personal and professional growth.

Participant Commitment:

  • Approximately 15-30 minutes to complete the assessment. It would be of most value to the individual, if every participant provides an honest and realistic response to each question in the assessment. 

<SCOPE™ Assessment>

The SCOPE™ (Specific Current Operational Profile of Energy) Assessment is a real-time performance tool designed to measure and enhance your energy before important tasks or events.
